Week 15 Blog
Week 15 Blog Post: What did you learn this week? We learned about pressure in a syringe using marshmallows and saw they they get all wrily when we take away that pressure and get back to normal when we add pressure. We also saw a reaction from baking soda and vinegar that was very cool. We added the two to a bad and saw the bag fill with air as well as staying the same weight even when the substance was changed from a power and liquid to a gas. lastly, we learned about observation when it comes to predicting what items are in a sealed case by the noise, magnetism and weight. When we figured this all out we were able to match up with someone else that ended up having the same item as me. How can you apply what you've learned to your teaching in the future? Yes! I will use these activities in my future classroom. They were exciting to me as a college students so i cannot imagine how much students would love them What are new or remaining questions?
